Erin earned her Masters of Physiotherapy from the University of British Columbia in 2024. Prior to working as a Physiotherapist, Erin previously worked as a Kinesiologist and Strength & Conditioning coach providing rehabilitative and performance-based exercises for populations ranging from post-operative cases to varsity and professional athletes. Erin also has additional training and experience with ACL rehabilitation, non-internal Pelvic Floor physiotherapy, trauma informed care, somatic-based physiotherapy and the treatment of BPPV related vertigo.

Erin takes a holistic approach to rehabilitation, integrating a biopsychosocial approach to health care while making an effort to meet her patients where they are at on the rehabilitation continuum. Erin’s patients describe her as compassionate, caring and is often described as a bit of a “pusher” to ensure you are provided with an adequate level of difficulty with your rehab exercises to work towards your goals and make positive changes in regard to mobility and strength.

Having just moved to the Kootenays in late 2024, Erin was driven to the Kootenays for the outdoor lifestyle and easy access to nature. When not at the clinic you can find Erin hiking or running on the trails in the summer or snowboarding up at RED in the winter.
