My massage with Diana was everything I needed but didn’t know how to ask for. She even recommended another therapist who uses a different technique that would be beneficial. I have booked many more with her

The whole environment at Range is excellent. The staff is pleasant and helpful.I have been very happy working with Christina. She has helped me not only rehab my shoulder but put together a exercise program that helps minimize wear and tear on my joints while still being able to move and become stronger again after two joint replacements and one more on the horizon. I would most certainly recommend Christina to anyone who needs a highly skilled, thoughtful and compassionate physical therapist 😎

I have been going to Range for a couple years now to get massages and I have loved the friendly, relaxed vibes. The building is always a perfect temperature so I don't get cold during the massage as well as very clean. The staff are personable and very accommodating. I am always greeted quickly with a smile. The online booking is easy and the reminders have saved me from missing appointments in the past.

Our Approach

Care at Range starts with taking the time to understand what’s been going on, what hasn’t helped, and what you want to get back to doing.

From there, we build a clear plan and adjust as you improve. Treatment is hands-on and active, often combining physio, massage, and exercises.

You’ll know what you’re working on, why it matters, and what the next step is. That’s how people start feeling better and get back on the trails, to work, or to living fully.
