Andrew earned his Masters of Physiotherapy from the University of British Columbia in 2022. Prior to working as a physiotherapist, Andrew has previously worked as a Kinesiologist, Strength & Conditioning Coach and Registered Massage Therapist. With extensive education in rehabilitation and performance training, Andrew has a keen interest in sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, concussion rehab and ACL rehabilitation. In addition to training in these areas he is also certified to provide IMS/Dry Needling services.

Andrew operates under the philosophy that treatment can be used to help acute pain get under control and uses modalities such as manual therapy and dry needling to open up windows for better movement in active rehabilitation settings. When working with Andrew you can expect to be provided exercises to help reinforce what was worked on in your treatment to support your treatment goals. With an effort to meet his patients where they are at, Andrew brings a positive attitude and empathetic approach to his treatment allowing patients to feel supported, safe and seen during their care.

As a lifelong Kootenay resident, Andrew loves the pace of the Kootenays and the stunning four seasons that we get here. When not at the clinic you can find Andrew skiing, running or mountain biking when he’s not busy supporting his 3 kiddos coaching soccer, attending games or chauffeuring them to their many activities.
